Noah Auger, Adv. RPAS Pilot, B.Sc., BIT - Owner
Noah has obtained his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in environmental science, from the University of Lethbridge in 2022. He has worked as an environmental consultant over the past three years throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan, mainly within native prairie, agricultural, and industrial environment settings. He currently has his Biologist-in-Training (BIT) designation from the Alberta Society of Professional Biologists (ASPB) and is on track to acquire his Professional Biologist designation in 2026. Noah is passionate and dedicated to improving environment and ecosystem health by reducing the physical footprint that current conventional equipment and processes operate on.

Kelly Auger - Owner
Kelly is a seasoned small‑business owner based in Medicine Hat, Alberta, bringing more than 20 years of hands‑on experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully owned and operated his own company, led multi‑disciplinary teams, and built a reputation for delivering high‑quality products and exceptional client service.
With a deep understanding of project management, field operations, and customer needs, Kelly is now channeling his expertise into the rapidly growing field of drone technology. He is excited to offer advanced drone services to the agricultural, environmental, and industrial sectors across southern Alberta. His blend of technical insight, operational leadership, and commitment to client satisfaction positions him as a trusted partner for organizations seeking accurate data, efficient workflows, and innovative aerial solutions.
Shaylan Rath, B.E. - Project Manager
Shaylan grew up on a farm in Southern Alberta, giving her a strong agricultural foundation and a practical understanding of land management, crop production, and livestock operations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021, building expertise in environmental assessments, water resources, and sustainable infrastructure.
Over the past five years, she has gained experience in both environmental consulting and municipal engineering, contributing to field assessments, regulatory compliance, and project coordination. Throughout her professional career, she has remained actively involved in her family’s farming and ranching operations, maintaining a close connection to the agricultural sector.
Shaylan combines her agricultural background, environmental training, and project management skills to deliver practical solutions.
Renae Auger - Office Administrator
Renae is an experienced small‑business owner with more than 20 years of hands‑on administrative and operational expertise, specializing in bookkeeping, financial organization, and office coordination. Her background includes managing accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing invoicing and payroll, and supporting day‑to‑day business operations within the construction industry. She has also worked as an office administrator in the oil and gas sector, further strengthening her skills in documentation, compliance, and structured record management.
At Cypress Drone Services, Renae plays a key role in keeping the organization running smoothly. She is responsible for safety administration, bookkeeping, record keeping, and supporting operational workflows. Her attention to detail, organizational strength, and commitment to accuracy make her an essential part of the team.
